Need someone to blame? It's called ISIS.
All of this, I'm sure is in the name of their sick, pathetic and twisted God. The only blame you can put on this is on Arabs lust for blood and destruction.

Ho w do you blame the US for this?

US poured lots of money+ into Syrian rebels. US was about to bomb Syria on their behalf. Now find ten differences between Syrian rebels and ISIL. Well, ten's too harsh - find five. Ok, three?

And yes, US removed regional leaders one after another - is chaos really that surprising? After each US interference radical terrorists grow like crops on a ploughed field. Is it arrogance or malevolence?

Plenty of people passionately warned U.S. leaders that the war would rip Iraq apart and very likely destabilise the region. One might reasonably wonder if that was the unspoken but true goal of the U.S.-led war on Iraq. Unfortunately the U.S. hands are soaked in blood and unable to hold onto this tiger.

Ho w do you blame the US for this? They warned the Shiite Iraqi government this would be the result. The US removed a strong man (Hussain) who was threatening Iraq's neighbour and now they are killing one another.

Jason Rahall 27.06.2014 21:14

Plenty of people passionately warned U.S. leaders that the war would rip Iraq apart and very likely destabilise the region. One might reasonably wonder if that was the unspoken but true goal of the U.S.-led war on Iraq. The U.S. did not learn the lesson with al Quaeda: One cannot hold a tiger by the tail very long. Along comes ISIS and there are the U.S. hands grabbing for another tiger's tail. Unfortunately the U.S. hands are soaked in blood and unable to hold onto this tiger.

Another US financed terrorist group just doing the job they were trained to do. ISIS/ISIL were trained in Jordan by US mercenaries (Blackwater) month ago as all this was previously planned. Just like the US Blackwater operations in Ukraine.

the Libyan war is to acclimate americans to give to our new support system....al quaeda who now will take care of America's military objectives, Syria much the same, and to acclimate americans that these American endorsed al quaeda will join in on the killing of innoscent civilians and for no apparent reason (actually it's a training module for both al quaeda and Hezbollah on how to stomach killing civilians), and now this in Iraq......an acclimation to americans that americans are to be confused as to whether they are to consider al quaeda or Hezbollah their support system, either way its a diversion (fake)

Democracy and Islam are NOT compatible. When you are taught to believe all your life that only certain men could lead everyone to 'heaven' and that following others leads you to oblivion by a 'sacred book'.

Some people want to decide their leaders and others exist to be led. In its current state, their society needs to be led, They are trained from birth to be led.

There is only one proven way to achieve stability in the middle east, and that's at the end of an iron fist, that's how Saddam achieved some level of stability in Iraq.

Rem ember World War Two Russians. German Christians wiping out millions of Russian Christians and vise versa? What is it with Christians and hypocrisy? Weird.

Things have changed in our part of the world, a big part of that change was a huge decline in 'faith' in the UK the vast majority are non religious and society hasn't fallen off its wheels, my neighbors are still kind without having a sky genie to tell them to do so.

Chris Chat 18.06.2014 13:29

Look.

This is what is always going to happen when you have a religious culture. THERE IS NO GOD,

That's not to say we weren't potentially created but if we were we know NOTHING about our god.

There are no god handed down rules, all there is is your own morality, which is a construct of having a complex decision making brain that needs distraction in between the productive stuff.

When you have the majority believing such ridiculous lies, is it not easy to see why they are easily swayed to murder their neighbors in the name of the newest crackpots 'interpretation' of the great sky genies words.

Stalin didn't kill 40 million. He was in power 30 years and for some reason western academics seem to attribute natural deaths to Stalin. During those 30 years, minus the 5 war years, the death rate was actually lower than in the US. Over 30 years tens of millions did die naturally in a nation of 190 million. Tens of millions died in US too over 30 years. The prison population under Stalin was a tenth of the US now.

The reason they are posting pictures of this is because they need Americans to back another war. If the Americans say no, there will be another staged attack in America.

I don't believe 1,700 Iraqi troops have been killed by CIA's latest terrorist group. The CIA control all terrorists group including ISIS/ISIL. Hollywood make realistic looking movies where the characters are "killed" but at the end those actors go home.

US want Americans to back another war for bankers and the military industrial complex who are foaming at the mouth at profits they'll make.

The answer is "No."

The continued fallout of America's interventionist policies in the Middle East, the Bush/Cheney legacy continues to spread death and anarchy into the lives of innumerable tens of thousands. The true war criminals of the 21st century are protected by their millions of dollars in loot.
They sell out the human race to their satanic Zionist masters, and count themselves worthy to share in Satan's everlasting reward.

This whole senario was planned. Those so called terrorists that are going by the name of the Egyptian god ISIS are armed by the American government. The Benghazi incident was the direct result of transferring arms from Lebonon to the Syrian "freedom" fighters that are now doing this.
America is mandated to protect Opec nations and Iraq is a Opec nation.
This is the only way the American petrol dollar can be propped up. Is the spending on endless wars. It's all based on debt, if they are not spending a great deal on a war, it is in danger of collapse.

The U.S. cynically supports global terror against Syria for three years for purely cynical geopolitical reasons. I would hardly say that this is true either. The U.S. has an interest in seeing that some semblance of peace and order are maintained in Iraq. It would be a true failure of foreign policy if that peace and order were not maintained. It might threaten other neighboring countries as well. The actions of ISIL have certainly undermined that interest.

Your conclusion is ill founded. Except for the U.S. and a handful of North American and European countries, almost every other country in the world uses the AK-47, or some variant of it, as its standard military assault rifle. The point I was trying to make is that the insurgents/rebels could have acquired AK-47s illegally from just about anywhere - and NOT from Russia. The world is awash with them.

And - BTW - Iran is not a U.S. client. Neither are Pakistan and Sudan - which also use the AK-47.

An y fair-minded, sane member of Congress should have voted against the authorization to use force in Iraq - regardless of, and in spite of, the falsehoods about WMDs. Iraq posed no threat to the U.S. whatsoever. It had no way to attack the U.S. Iraq's history also showed that toppling Saddam posed a high risk of starting widespread sectarian violence and creating a power vacuum. It was insanity.

Also one of the plans was to use terrorists based on the Crimea and Ukrainian nationalists against Russia but that plan has been halted by the Crimea joining Russia.

This could actually be real.

If ISIS can organize this kind of rebellion and actually take cities; then I would be very worried about the integrity of my home border :(

Obama made a speech last month declaring that the USA had left Iraq in great shape and that was what he was going to do with Ukraine. What a guy!!! Now Zaporozhye appears as though it will be the next region in Ukraine to join the Novorossiya rebublics.

ironic that this latest wave of Western armed and financed “Islamic” militants invading Iraq and now conveniently threatening Syria and Iran is now named ISIS. Or is it deliberate? It’s being used to stand for this oddly anglicised fabricated “Islamic State in Iraq and Syria

since ISIS is the clear benefactor of state sponsorship, the question is, which states are sponsoring it? With Iraq, Syria, and Iran along with Lebanese-based Hezbollah locked in armed struggle with ISIS and other Al Qaeda franchises across the region, the only blocs left are NATO and the GCC (Saudi Arabia and Qatar in particular).
Th is is an interesting and plausible point of view.
If only Edward Snowden had details of this...

With help from the C.I.A., Arab governments and Turkey have sharply increased their military aid to Syria’s opposition fighters in recent months, expanding a secret airlift of arms and equipment for the uprising against President Bashar al-Assad, according to air traffic data, interviews with officials in several countries and the accounts of rebel commanders.

Who has armed ISIS?
BY ERNESTO LONDOÑO AND GREG MILLER September 11, 2013
The CIA has begun delivering weapons to rebels in Syria, ending months of delay in lethal aid that had been promised by the Obama administration, according to U.S. officials and Syrian figures. The shipments began streaming into the country over the past two weeks, along with separate deliveries by the State Department of vehicles and other gear — a flow of material that marks a major escalation of the U.S. role in Syria’s civil war.Lucia Rodrigues 16.06.2014 17:10

A defacto re-invasion of Iraq by Western interests – but this time without Western forces directly participating – rather a proxy force the West is desperately attempting to disavow any knowledge of or any connection to. However, no other explanation can account for the size and prowess of ISIS beyond state sponsorship.

Continuing.... The ISIS army moving toward Baghdad is the final manifestation of this conspiracy, a standing army operating with impunity, threatening to topple the Syrian government, purge pro-Iranian forces in Iraq, and even threatening Iran itself by building a bridge from Al Qaeda’s NATO safe havens in Turkey, across northern Iraq, and up to Iran’s borders directly. Labeled “terrorists” by the West, grants the West plausible deniability in its creation, deployment, and across the broad spectrum of atrocities it is now carrying out.

What’s ISIS Doing in Iraq?
The NEO report would also post Seymour Hersh’s 2007 article, “The Redirection,” documenting over the course of 9 pages US, Saudi, and Israeli intentions to create and deploy sectarian extremists region-wide to confront Iran, Syria, and Hezbollah in Lebanon. Hersh would note that these “sectarian extremists” were either tied to Al Qaeda, or Al Qaeda itself. To continue.....

Please send those pictures/article to our beloved Bush & Blair.
Yeap, things are smooth in Iraq. People are enjoying democracy & freedom.

Watch this! Bush offered this kind of democracy for Russia, but Putin rejected the help.
